USPI.

Founded over a century ago, the Union Suisse des Professionnels de l’Immobilier de Genève (USPI) serves as an umbrella organization, with its members managing approximately 70% of Geneva’s residential and commercial rental properties. C-Matrix Geneva supports this key real estate player in its positioning and communication efforts, targeting members, politicians, and the general public. 

Key objectives

Representing the majority of Geneva’s real estate professionals, the association aims to establish itself as a key reference for legal, financial, and technical matters in the sector. This positioning is vital to maintain its role as an opinion leader among cantonal politicians and decision-makers, while effectively promoting the activities of the USPI and its members.

Approach

In collaboration with the Secretary General of USPI, C-Matrix positions the association on key real estate topics through its network of specialist and regional journalists. Additionally, C-Matrix manages the association’s one-off and annual campaigns, overseeing everything from concept development and strategy to coordinating service providers and media plans. 

Result

In recent years, USPI and C-Matrix have collaborated to enhance the association’s media presence, strengthen its professional positioning, and advance its public relations efforts. C-Matrix has provided guidance on multiple simultaneous communication campaigns and is honoured to support the Swiss Union of Real Estate Professionals on a daily basis.
