Michèle Weber Da Costa advises clients in the finance, construction and energy sector. She has many years of experience in project communication, event organisation, change management, internal and intercultural communication at Zurich Airport Police. She was an editor of a staff magazine and helped to shape the digitalisation of internal communication channels.

Melanie Wettstein builds brands from the inside out. With a foundation as a creative director, she has a proven track record in leveraging communications and marketing tools to achieve business goals. Before C-Matrix, she co-founded a successful branding agency and held a key-brand building role at one of the “Big Four” consulting firms.

Melina Fullin is a content creator, working across all media channels, with a strong background in digital and event marketing. In addition to her client facing activities, Melina acts as the administrative hub of C-Matrix. She is studying Marketing Management part-time and will complete her studies this year.

Daniel Pasquier has more than 15 years of experience in the field of marketing and communications. He focusses on building strong brands and high profiles for companies in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. Laure Bruttin-Franck handles the publishing and editorial side of C-Matrix Communications’ clients in French-speaking Switzerland, with a strong focus on real estate-related issues (expert blogs, editor-in-chief of the BARNES and Portes Ouvertes magazines …). She also is a regular contributor to the press.

Bruno Moreno advises clients in the fields of finance, politics and real estate. In addition to his experience in these sectors, he is highly versed in media relations as well as strategic foresight and analysis. He holds a master’s degree in political science from the University of Geneva.

Alizée Dermange advises a wide range of property mandates. She has experience in digital communication and project management in areas such as business, integration, sports and immersive technologies. This enables her to develop unique solutions for our clients and advise them on their strategies.

Mathias Ulrich Koch has over 30 years of experience in international business development, focusing on ICT, real estate, data center development and data security. Mathias is in regular contact with numerous decision-makers and equity partners in EMEA due to many years of working for global corporations.
