C-Matrix was appointed to design, lead, and implement the internal integration communications programme for Julius Baer’s acquisition of Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. Based in Zurich and deployed across 23 locations in Europe, Asia, and Latin America, the programme engaged key stakeholders – employees, clients, partners, and regulators. As part of the core integration team, C-Matrix contributed from planning through execution, covering change communications, marketing efficiencies, stakeholder engagement, project management, and the transfer of success strategies across markets.
