APCG.

Founded in 1989, the Association des Promoteurs-Constructeurs Genevois (APCG) represents around 40 active members and serves as an umbrella organization for professionals in this field within the canton of Geneva. Additionally, the APCG ensures that their activities align with professional ethics, legal regulations, and the public interest. C-Matrix works closely with the association’s board of directors, providing strategic support for the APCG’s positioning and communication efforts directed toward its members, politicians, and the general public.

Key objectives

The association represents and advocates for its members’ interests, striving to establish and maintain a strong voice in public and political debates concerning the construction industry and property development.

The APCG plays a vital role not only for industry professionals but also in raising public awareness by promoting knowledge and understanding of the property development sector through targeted information initiatives

Approach

Working closely with the association’s leadership, including the President and Secretary General, C-Matrix collaborates with the APCG to establish a strategic presence in local, national, and specialised media. The team is also actively involved within the organization, creating and coordinating communication initiatives and tools tailored for its members.

Result

C-Matrix and the APCG have worked together to enhance the association’s positioning and visibility while introducing several innovative initiatives. Among these is a quarterly internal newsletter, fully produced by our team, and the launch of the annual event, “Les Rencontres de l’APCG,” which we organise and coordinate. This event gathers association members and prominent figures from the urban planning and construction sectors. Additionally, the APCG website is set to be relaunched soon, featuring a private members’ area and an improved user experience.
