In a long-standing collaboration with Iron Mountain, C-Matrix has successfully implemented numerous projects, including a comprehensive communication programme for the acquisition of Secur’Archiv and Sispace and the launch of a fully automated archiving facility – the most technologically advanced of its kind in Switzerland. Key Objective
Iron Mountain tasked C-Matrix with boosting media coverage and organising an event to celebrate the acquisition and the opening of the state-of-the-art archiving facility in Switzerland. Additionally, C-Matrix supported Iron Mountain in business development within the embassy and consulate sector, seizing a unique opportunity to leverage the EU Recovery and Resilience Fund (RRF) to drive the digitalisation of public services.
Approach
C-Matrix arranged media coverage in business, regional, and ICT publications, facilitated introductions to business partners with suitable commercial properties, and prepared multilingual marketing materials such as brochures. For the embassy and consulate initiative, C-Matrix developed a targeted introduction programme and tailored communications to generate qualified leads in this high-margin sector.

Nearly 200 guests attended the opening of the archiving facility, which was accompanied by extensive media coverage in key outlets.
