Helvetia places great importance on open, engaging internal communication. With the employee magazine «viva.», the company has created a medium that inspires, informs, and fosters employee identification with Helvetia. The goal was to further develop the magazine in terms of content, visuals, and structure to meet the demands of modern brand communication. Together with Helvetia’s communications team, a concept was developed that combines editorial leadership, visual storytelling, and contemporary editorial design.
