True Wealth’s debut heralded a new era of digital investing in Switzerland. Offering significantly lower fees and transparent cost structures, True Wealth enabled users to build globally diversified portfolios using ETFs, even for small amounts. It opened up professional asset management to a broader audience.

Recognised for its expertise in launching breakthrough technologies, C-Matrix was entrusted with designing and implementing a strategic media campaign to introduce True Wealth to a broad Swiss audience. The integrated campaign focused on building awareness, trust, and engagement. It featured high-profile interviews with the founders in top-tier media, multilingual press releases, and targeted digital initiatives, including collaborations with respected influencers.

Key Objectives

C-Matrix was commissioned to develop a strategic media campaign to launch True Wealth, Switzerland’s first online asset management platform, to a broad audience. Designed to generate immediate business impact, the campaign focused on building awareness and trust, while driving traffic to the platform from day one.

C-Matrix’s launch strategy combined top-tier media interviews, broad press release distribution, and social media engagement to position True Wealth and its founders as trusted leaders in online asset management, even for clients with smaller investment amounts.

Results

We secured top-tier media access for True Wealth founders Oliver Herren (Digitec/Galaxus) and Felix Niederer, leading to agenda-setting interviews. Influencer outreach and follow-up media coverage drove early and ongoing adoption. Given True Wealth’s success, Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank (BLKB) purchased a stake in the company.
