The «Suurstoffi» property development in Central Switzerland consisted of over 70,000m2 office space and 600 apartments. As the project was developed from “scratch” on a former industrial site, the client needed to successfully launch the brand, overcome any barriers to the development and establish advance offers to both individuals and the corporate parties.
C-Matrix designed and implemented an integrated marketing and communications campaign, targeted at two key segments: private and corporate tenants, including PR, advertising, digital media and corporate offers. Central to the campaign was the development of a fully functioning website – including extensive visualization of building options, through to rental conversion www.suurstoffi.ch.
The approval process proceeded without objections. All residential properties were rented ahead of schedule. Novartis signed as the anchor tenant, creating 400 jobs at Suurstoffi. This has provided a strong foundation for the ongoing development of this area.
