The ASGA pension fund and VERIT developed the uniquely designed “Solitaire” high-rise comprising apartments and commercial space. Located in Horw, Lucerne, its launch coincided with the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic and a market that had changed substantially since the original concept phase. To successfully address this situation, C-Matrix was tasked with creating and implementing a communications concept to market the “Solitaire” offerings to potential personal and business customers.

Key Objective

C-Matrix’s communication programme was designed to raise awareness and the level of enquiries to ensure that the “Solitaire” apartments and commercial space was rented out as soon as possible in a challenging market.


Given the pandemic situation, C-Matrix primarily used digital marketing activities and channels to reach its goals. This comprehensive approach included:

  • Positioning and marketing concept
  • Optimisation of the website
  • SEO measures
  • Multi-level social media campaigns
  • Creating newsletters
  • Real estate photography
  • Arranging events and tours


The campaign resulted in the real estate management company, VERIT Immobilien, receiving around 40% more viewing requests during the implementation period – a clear result of the targeted online and offline campaigns. This enabled a maximum take-up despite the difficult market.
